Whether you’re a fitness fanatic, or just looking for a new recreation idea, consider GCC Fitness and Wellness classes this spring. We’ll help you get in shape, stay fit and enjoy the great outdoors.

Aquatic Fitness, PED 101WE-0001 (1 credit), Section 38871
Try a low/no impact shallow-water class with cardio, resistance workouts and aqua-yoga sequences.
Meets 1:00-2:10 p.m., M-W-F, March 18 to May 10 in the GCC pool.

Swimming, PED103SM (0.5 credit)
Class instruction includes basic strokes, breathing and improving cardiovascular endurance. Choose from two class sections: 16062 meets 2:00-3:00 p.m., Tues. and Thurs., March 19-May 2; section 38866 meets 7:30-8:30 p.m., Tues. and Thurs., March 19-May 2.

Camping in the Chiricahuas, PED101CP 16143 (1 credit)
An information session will be held 6:00 p.m., April 18 in FW51, hike dates are April 26-28.

1 credit, half-semester option (must show by April 8):
PED101PC 16046 (A-F) 16044 (P/Z) $86, March 11-May 7;
PED102PC 16181 (A-F) 16180 (P/Z) $86, March 11-May 7.

Non-credit options:
Fitness 500 18008 $10 four visits;
Fitness 500 18004 $25 for one month;

Fitness 500 18025 $200 4/01/13 – 12/31/13;
Fitness 500 18033 $180 5/01/13 – 12/31/13.
